The Founder of B/Bauer Hair Lounge and THe BBM METHOD
A true “Turning Pain into Purpose” story:
Five years ago, I was diagnosed with alopecia. I remember frantically searching for help—visiting dermatologists, spending over 207 hours on Google, and even consulting another salon for advice.
I’ll never forget how I felt sitting in that salon. I felt so ugly, hating my hair and desperately wanting a solution. I just wanted someone to make me feel pretty and tell me it was going to be okay—but that never happened.
I started looking into $10,000 wigs, but even as a hairstylist, I was worried about making them look natural every day. I lived in fear, crying every time a new bald spot appeared, terrified of the day I’d wake up with no hair. My confidence was completely gone.
I don’t often share this story because now, I work with people who have lost all of their hair—even people who have never had a chance to experience having hair.
The happy ending? Now, I get to tell my guests it’s going to be okay. I get to offer them real solutions and make them feel beautiful again.
I read a quote that said, ‘You’ll be able to charge the most for the things you’d do for free.’ And honestly? I would do this for free—heck, I already have! If you check out my personal page, you’ll even catch me in Walmart. 😅 These are some of my proudest moments behind the chair.

Whether it’s hosting hands-on classes or one-on-one training sessions, I’m here to make sure our stylists have the resources and support they need to grow both personally and professionally. I’m passionate about creating an environment where learning never stops and everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
